Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not offer COD. All orders on Nymora are prepaid to ensure a smooth and secure experience. We support all major payment options including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallets.
Can I return a customized product if I don’t like it?
Yes. Even though our products are custom-made, we offer a 7-day return & refund policy. However, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with an unboxing video for verification. Contact our support team to initiate the return.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is confirmed, we start crafting your personalized product. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 working days, and delivered in 3–5 days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once shipped.
Is there any shipping charge?
Nope, it’s absolutely free! All orders across India come with Free Shipping — no hidden charges, no surprises.
What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
In the rare case of a damaged or wrongly engraved item, just share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products sold by Nymora come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes zipper issues, material damage, or engraving fade (if not caused by misuse).
What materials do you use in your products?
We use premium vegan leather, surgical-grade stainless steel, and high-quality plating for all our products to ensure long-lasting use and elegance. Every piece is hand-checked before dispatch.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, you can request changes or cancellation within 2 hours. After that, the customization process begins, and modifications may not be possible.
